The Cape of Good Hope and Cape Point – legendary beacon for early explorers – are recognized globally for extraordinarily diverse and unique flora and fauna. This singular land formation, with rugged cliffs, steep slopes and sandy flats, is a remarkable natural, historic and cultural site: Nowhere else in the world does an area of such spectacular beauty and such rich biodiversity exist almost within a metropolitan area – the thriving and cosmopolitan City of Cape Town.

The Cape Winelands is an enchanting region of dramatic mountains and lush valleys, with vinyards stretching across rolling fields. Here farmers enjoy nearly perfect grape-growing conditions, and are producing some of the best wines in the world. The estates are impressive, with grand manor houses and beautifully laid out grounds. Allow yourself enough time to fully explore this area – it is a wonderful combination of historic small towns, beautiful scenery and wine estates.

A safari game drive provides a unique perspective... A wildlife experience is the biggest reason most people visit Southern Africa. From the intimate leopard sightings of the Kruger Park, to the unspoiled Okovango Delta, or the romantic desert elephants of the Namib, no other region on earth has a comparable wildlife experience. Whether by foot, horse-back or Land Rover, this is the most intimate way to experience the magnificent animals of Africa. You will be able to witness close-up encounters of the "Big 5", and plenty of other animals you never knew existed.
